You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your unlibet account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party and to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

unlibet accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana, and M Lhuillier. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your unlibet account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. unlibet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. unlibet aims to process e-wallet withdrawals within minutes of approval. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the unlibet Platform without the prior written consent of unlibet. Any unauthorized use of unlibet's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, unlibet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, whether or not unlibet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
unlibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your unlibet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude unlibet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. unlibet strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

unlibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of an account for cause, unlibet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, unlibet may forfeit the account balance in accordance with these Terms.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting unlibet support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after all pending wagers are settled.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and unlibet, you agree to first contact unlibet's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. unlibet will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority.
unlibet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, unlibet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the unlibet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.
