Creating an unlibet account is quick and straightforward. Click the unlibet Login link in the navigation menu and follow the registration steps. You'll need to provide a valid email address, create a secure password, and confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. Once your email is verified, your account is active and ready to use. Full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal.

KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. To complete verification, log in to your account and navigate to Account Settings > Verify Identity. You will need to upload:
  • A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, or UMID)
  • A selfie holding your ID
  • Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)

No. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on unlibet. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you have accidentally created a duplicate account, please contact our support team immediately to resolve the issue.

Click the Forgot Password link on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your unlibet account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. To close your account, contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your verified payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits are instant — funds appear in your unlibet account within seconds of a successful transaction. BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online transfers typically take 5 to 30 minutes. Over-the-counter payments via 7-Eleven, Cebuana, or M Lhuillier may take up to 2 hours during business hours. If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected time, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

unlibet does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider before making a deposit. All amounts credited to your unlibet account reflect the full amount sent, minus any third-party fees charged by your provider.

No. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under our Terms & Conditions and anti-money laundering policy. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals

To withdraw, log in to your unlibet account and go to Account > Withdraw. Select your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and confirm the request. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals are sent only to payment accounts registered in your own name.

The minimum withdrawal amount at unlibet is ₱500 for all payment methods. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals above ₱50,000 may require additional verification and processing time in line with our AML compliance procedures.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:
  • GCash / PayMaya: Within 1 hour (most are instant)
  • BPI / BDO / Metrobank: 1 to 3 business days
  • Over-the-counter (Cebuana, M Lhuillier): Up to 24 hours
Withdrawals submitted on weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. Our finance team processes all requests as quickly as possible.

Common reasons for withdrawal rejection include:
  • Incomplete or pending KYC verification
  • Unmet bonus wagering requirements
  • Withdrawal account name does not match your registered name
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or AML flag
  • Insufficient account balance after pending bets are settled

unlibet does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own receiving fees. For over-the-counter payouts via Cebuana or M Lhuillier, a small service fee may be charged by the outlet — this is outside unlibet's control. We recommend checking with your chosen payment provider for their applicable fees.
Bonuses & Promotions

unlibet offers a generous welcome bonus for new players upon their first deposit. The exact bonus amount and structure are displayed on the promotions page at the time of registration. All welcome bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are available in our Terms & Conditions.

Wagering requirements (also called playthrough requirements) specify how many times you must wager your bonus amount before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing. Progress toward your wagering requirement is tracked in real time in your account dashboard under My Bonuses.

Yes. All bonuses at unlibet have an expiry period, which is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms. Typically, bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of being issued and wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically. Always check the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.

If you have an active bonus with pending wagering requirements, withdrawing your deposit balance will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. Your real-money balance remains withdrawable at any time, but the bonus portion will be forfeited. If you wish to withdraw without completing wagering, you can forfeit the bonus manually from your My Bonuses page before submitting a withdrawal request.

Eligible promotions are displayed in your account dashboard under Promotions. Eligibility depends on factors such as your account status, deposit history, and whether you have opted in to marketing communications.
